I’m writing this review to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I brought my vehicle here in 2022 after it was involved in a hit-and-run. From the start, the customer service felt unwelcoming and dismissive. When I asked questions about the repair process, I didn’t receive clear or helpful answers. Instead, I was met with assumptions that were not only incorrect but completely inappropriate. Staff repeatedly suggested that someone I was with caused the damage, despite that having nothing to do with the situation. It was not their place to speculate or assign blame, and it made the entire experience uncomfortable. The overall tone I received felt biased and unprofessional, which added to my frustration during an already stressful situation. Additionally, while my car was being repaired, I received a call from the shop claiming that my rental vehicle from Enterprise was overdue and that they were going to involve law enforcement, accusing me of stealing the car. At the time, I was on my way to work and was shocked by the threat. I immediately contacted my insurance company to verify the rental agreement, and they confirmed that I still had plenty of time remaining. This false accusation and threat were completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and caused me significant stress. What concerns me most is what happened after I got my car back. The repairs were for body damage only, yet shortly after picking up my vehicle, I began experiencing engine issues specifically cylinder misfires which had never been a problem before. While I cannot definitively prove the cause, the timing raises serious concerns and has left me questioning the integrity of the service I received. I expect professionalism, clear communication, and respect when dealing with a business especially when insurance and vehicle repairs are involved. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions, document everything, and proceed with caution.

I dropped my car off January 22 and got my car back on Feb 26th. It was a much longer process than I hoped for but I’m glad that the exterior looks absolutely perfect. They used a text app to keep you updated and would call you if there were any problems. The rental car was a headache but Northside is not affiliated with Enterprise. The color match is phenomenal, I would give the exterior 5/5 stars. I’m giving 4/5 total review because I noticed a lot of interior scuffs, dirt and blemishes on my seat, roof (somehow) and front passenger door upholstery. Update: 3/17/25 Northside kindly corrected the interior and I am highly satisfied with their response to help make it better. 5/5 stars now as everything is great! Vicky went above and beyond.
View on GoogleIt took 3 weeks to get Northside to get back to me to schedule service on my truck. When i called, Northside said that they called me 3 times before. There were no missed phone called, texts or messages from Northside. I even showed it to receptionist. Afterwards, i kept calling and asking when my car will be ready. They told me date finally, I picked it up to find out later that my car was ready 5 days earlier. now i am on the hook for rental for those 5 days.
View on GoogleI had the worst experience I would never go back and not recommend anyone to go there I dropped off my vehicle on December 28 and got it back February 6 terrible customer service was told that I would be informed about my vehicle as they move on with the process and was never told anything Adam called me the night before I was supposed to pick up my vehicle just to say it’s going to be another week out not considering that I am without a vehicle and I have a family of 7 depending on this vehicle to take and bring my family to school and work also spoke to the supervisor and she did nothing to help! I am very disappointed in the way I was treated never again!
