Friendly staff, quick and caring service, and a well organized shop with reasonable prices. The entire pride took 15 minutes. The only downside was that they used a vacuum method to remove the oil instead of draining it, which can leave some old oil behind. This might have been due to issues with some cars drain plug, but still worth noting. Overall, a solid experience. They always have coupons on the website.

The technicians went above and beyond. They were all friendly and knowledgeable. The manager installed a new rear wiper blade that I had (I wasn’t able to figure it out myself). I really appreciated that kind gesture. 10/10 will go to the Thompson road, Syracuse NY location again!

I got an oil change, cabin air filter, engine air filter, and a radiator flush service done. Took approximately less than 15-20minutes for everything they were super kind, knowledgeable and professional. Got me the services and preventative maintains I need in a timely manner at a great price. This is the reason I don’t go anywhere else this shop is the best around in the Syracuse, New Area have never had an issue here 10/10 happy customer will be back here for all my car maintenance needs!
