Big 4 Tire

Hey Guys, I had Big 4 do repairs 3.5 mths ago on my car. Well something went wrong the other day. Apparently they put the brake lines back on incorrectly. So after calling them, They brought me RIGHT IN, Let me know it was on them and did the entire repair at NO COST.. These are Stand up guys and we as a family will be back for any repairs we need. Thank you to Steve, Beau and the entire tech and repair crew. 1st time I've used a repair shop since moving to Syracuse. I highly recommend the guys over at Big 4 Tire.. Thanks Chris B.

Wonderful Service!! I visiting from Massachusetts and had recently had tire repaired by my mechanic which was purchased 6 months ago and and he's depending! But Big 4 saved me from purchasing 1 tire to travel home. I travel to Syracuse often and If have tire issues Big 4 and Bruce is my 1st call! GREAT TO SERVICE!!

I made an appointment a week ahead of time for 8 a.m. on a Friday because we were going out of town. I dropped it off the night before. At 12:00, it was still sitting in the same place. I ended up picking it up without the work being done.

I've bought several sets of tires (mostly snow tires) here at Big 4 and they're always 5 out of 5 stars. Knowledgeable, fast, hard working techs, and friendly assistance at the counter to get you anything tire related and also offer more services like quick oil changes! Their pricing is also competitive with other area tire retailers.👍👍 Two thumbs up from me!

Great experience at Big4 Tire! I called last Friday—right after Thanksgiving—looking for snow tires for both my wife’s vehicle and mine. The service advisor provided outstanding customer service and offered several options at different price points, clearly explaining the differences and benefits of each. The installation this week was prompt, efficient, and exactly as promised. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. It’s refreshing to deal with a well-run, locally owned and operated business. We’ll definitely be returning in the future!
