I bought a truck from Burkhart automotive and when I went to get it inspected I couldn’t because the frame was completely rotted out and had holes in it. Regardless he slapped a sticker on it and sold it to me anyways. I then had a third party ask Burkhart if ge could give me my money back from the truck and they refused. Burkhart knew that this truck was defective when I first purchased it and sold it to me anyways. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!

Appreciate you guys for getting me in quick and figuring out the issue of a brand new faulty fuel pump. Frustrated at the manufacturer of the pump cost me 690 dollars for a tow and shop time. But you guys got me in quicker then you said and dealt with the return. Much appreciated. 🍻

Burghardt's has been my shop for a number of years now and through three vehicles. They always perform good work in a timely manner. They always call before performing any work and involve me in the decision process when applicable. True professionals. Thank you!

Took my car here for a simple inspection. They called and told me that when looking at my front brakes they were so rusted that they were falling apart in their hands and that they needed to be replaced to pass inspection. They charged me $840 and then when my mechanic and I went in to pick up my car we asked to see the parts and they were totally fine. Not falling apart or rusted because I don't even drive this car in NY (its my FL car) so there wouldn't be rust anyway. They basically just screwed me because I'm a woman and didnt know any better than to ask to see the parts first. I'll never go here again. They totally took advantage of me. I just needed a $15 inspection after all. Ooh and now my brakes are making a horrible grinding noise so they messed my car up on top of it. Absolutely horrible experience, I'd give -5 stars if I could.
