The service team was extremely friendly. Treyvonne made my experience pleasant. He was very knowledgeable on the deals my Groupon provided. Service was really fast, including multiple filter changes with the oil change.

Service was excellent and fast. You could tell there was great communication amongst the staff and the team was well led. They provided a lot of insight regarding suggested maintenance without pushing any extras. I come here often and always appreciate the staff and service.

Everything was fine except for the technicians trying to sell you everything under the sun. Which I realize they’re trained to do so. Another thing I found annoying is the technicians printing the mileage sticker for every 3k miles. My vehicle along with most vehicles these days only require oil changes every 5k mikes. It’s a very subtle way of extorting money from customers. They should ask customers before they go ahead and assume what to print on the sticker.

Fast & friendly. I've been to other Vavoline locations and it is always a very good experience for a service i never want to bother getting done. Seems like a good work culture and a naturally friendly environment with classic customer-first-focused service.

Store 020005 - Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Dewitt I wanted to give a customer kudos to the shop today. I came in and got a full synthetic oil change and radiator fluid flush for my car. My tech was Chris L and he was fast, friendly, and smart! They got me in and out and I couldn’t have been more pleased! Definitely reccomend this to for oil changes and routine maintenance.
