Above and beyond customer service! From the moment I dropped my car off, Ashley Osborne did a complete walk through of what to expect, time lines, inspected the vehicle with me, and provided clarification on any questions I had! When your car is involved in an accident, you are already on edge and she did a phenomenal job at reassuring me and was super sweet & knowledgeable on top of it! My car was even done earlier than expected and the whole process was so easy! I’d definitely recommend 10/10!!

We scheduled an estimate got a call the day before wanting to reschedule. We got there for the estimate and they didn’t want to do the work on our car. We went here because they work with our insurance carrier. Scheduled the repair and got a call a couple days before to reschedule for a month out. We said we were going to go with someone else. They could magically fix it that day because it was a minor cosmetic fix. It should have taken 15-20 minutes. They ended up damaging the door so they had to keep it to fix their mistake. I called to see if the car was done because no one had contacted us and was (I believe) hung up on. My husband called and car was done. Some of my settings in my car were changed even though that’s not what is in there for. Will definitely not ever go back and will not recommend to anyone.

What an amazing shop, they get you in and out. They pay attention to every single detail. I couldn't be more happy! Ashley is a wonderful person, super kind and friendly! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car for body repairs! Update: I was back 8 months later because a storm took out my car. Ashley is by far the picture perfect person for customer care as an estimator. Always called me and kept me up to date on my car. My car came back to me show room perfect and on time! They will always be my car doctor!

Let me start off by saying, I've heard good things about this place until it came to my own experience. I would've left a good review had I received at least 1 of the 2 call backs I was promised. They had the opportunity to make it right. They did work on my truck, said they replaced the entire door skin, they did not, and they never even bothered to get the dents out. Will not return, and will never recommend to anyone. All this work was done by their "A GUY" in camillus.

North Side Collison in East Syracuse did an outstanding job of handling my repair from start to finish.They also provided a rental car which was very convenient. I would recommend them .
