Excellent service, extremely helpful easy to work with, very accommodating. We went to a lot of other places that turned us down. We will definitely come back. Good service is getting harder and harder to find! Thank you NICK and Ramon.

I called to set an an appointment on Monday May 11th at 5pm. to get an oil change and an alignment. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they just received my appointment with the call center and they did not have anyone there to do the work. I made the appointment the next day same time. No issues- until I left and my car still pulled to the right. I was going to go back but the guy who worked on my car left right before me. I scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 5. I was called the the store stating the tech had an emergency and had to leave asked if I could do it today- Thursday at 5. I agreed to that. NOT 2 minutes later they called and said the guy who does alignments is off tomorrow meaning Thursday. At that Point I said I am going to go to the Monroe. I said I have never had bad customer service from this location and I will never come back here again. He apologized and said that he would make a phone call to the Monroe on Onondaga Boulevard in Syracuse. I called this morning just to verify that I had an appointment. Explained that the gentleman from the Syracuse location was going to call to verify the appointment. When I called. And asked if they had an appointment for me they said no. I explained that that Syracuse location was supposed to call them to verify they had an appointment and he Not know anything about it. I am so disgusted with this whole process from the call center to the East Syracuse location that I am seriously thinking of going to another garage after this. I spent over $200 to get an oil change and I’m an alignment and Demetri like this is unacceptable.

Your team members not only quickly performed the tasks I had requested, but also notified me about a problem, probably caused by a previous, different shop, and without charging me, took a step to at least temporarily prevent that from being an issue. I don’t think I’ve been to the shop before, but it’s now at the top of my list for future repairs. The two guys I dealt with were great!

If I could give a zero score I would. I brought my car to Monroe in East Syracuse for an inspection. They took the car back and then came out to tell me my wiper was ripped and I needed front pads and rotors. He then said he something about not having another sticker which I wasn’t sure what he meant and then gave me an estimate of $800+ to replace the pads and rotors and the wipers. I told him I couldn’t imagine my brakes were bad since they weren’t slicking, sticking, making noise or any other physical sign that they were worn and that my husband could change them if needed. Also, I had my brakes all done not long ago. They then went into the back and brought my car out to me MINUS an inspection sticker and gave me a slip of paper to put on the dash in case I got stopped. They said I had 24 hours to get my brakes repaired and have it re-inspected. I took my car home and sure enough, my husband took the brakes apart and they were FINE! I then took my car to a trust shop after which they did the same, looked at my brakes and they were absolutely FINE! Gave my an inspection sticker because my car PASSED all along. I will NEVER EVER go to Monro and highly recommend people steer clear of people lying and trying to take advantage of people.

They were very attentive and looked over it for us after we hit a deer on the highway and said everything look good and didn’t charge us anything big thumbs up to these guys thank you thank you thank you
