Out of town on our way to VT..brakes went out. Rode past GT early in the morning and they were open! We were able to get the brkes all around done and back on the road in no time! Family business! I am so grateful!

GT Automotive is a great Family run business! The Fergusons really treated me well! I have a 2023 GMC Canyon that I’ve had them do some performance and suspension upgrades. Appointments are easy to make, they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time and they are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!!!!

I was in Syracuse from out of town last weekend. On the way to the area, I noticed that my car felt like it was driving differently so I was worried about the drive home after my weekend with friends. After calling multiple shops, I came across G&T automotive, who not only got me in immediately to make sure my car was safe to drive, but they did it free of charge even though they absolutely could have charged me a service fee. I rarely see this kind of honest service anymore and I really appreciated that. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they really put my mind at ease about driving back home. I would absolutely recommend this local business to anyone! 10/10!!

Can't say enough good things about this business! I was traveling several hours from home when my vehicle started making a very concerning noise. The amazing staff agreed to take a look right away. A less scrupulous business could have taken advantage of the situation, but they were wonderful. They let me know what was wrong and assured me I would be able to get home safely. If I lived locally, I would definitely take my car there again. Great service and genuinely kind people.
