I was referred here by a very good friend of mine. I absolutely hate car shopping and already had gone to one dealer and had a disappointing experience, and spoke to a few others who didnt listen or just brushed me off. I was stressed as my car was totalled due to a deer and the rental time was running out. I first spoke to jay the sales manager who from the get cared and got to know me to figure out what vehicles would work for me and my life style. He already had a few in mind and assured me they definitely would have something. I ended up seeing gladiator I wanted to test drive at their cortland location they went above and beyond and brought it to syracuse for me. Jay set me up with Preston who was very sweet. And they both made the whole purchase super easy and stress free and they never pushed anything like some of the other dealerships do. You can truly tell Jay cares about the people that come thru that door which is refreshing and rare. Even after the sale I called with and issue and he immediately got on it and it was taken care of. Even the service department people are super nice and keep you informed. They are truly understanding. I wish i could remember the guys name i delt with. They definitely have gained my trust and a returning customer. And I for sure will be recommending them to everyone. Having worked in the industry before I can say this dealership is different. I cant say enough how impressed, grateful, amazing and easy everything was. Thank you again Jay!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service and leadership at Fayetteville Dodge under the Go Group Auto umbrella. Between my 2026 Ram 3500 and my 2022 Dodge Durango, I have spent an unbelievable amount of time dealing with problems that should have been handled professionally the first time. Instead, it has been excuse after excuse, finger-pointing, and complete lack of accountability. Jeff in the service department was beyond rude, arrogant, dismissive, and acted like customers are an inconvenience rather than the people keeping the doors open. There is a massive difference between confidence and outright disrespect, and the way I was spoken to and treated throughout this process was completely unacceptable. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of leadership from management. I could not even get a proper response from General Manager Chris. Calls go unanswered, messages get sent straight to voicemail, and instead of anyone taking ownership of the situation, customers get nothing but the runaround. Nobody seems willing to step up, communicate honestly, or take responsibility for ongoing issues. My 2026 Ram 3500 has had repeated issues from nearly day one, including problems that were never properly documented, and instead of trying to make things right, this dealership acts like they are doing customers a favor by simply acknowledging the issue exists. The amount of time I have wasted dealing with this dealership is unbelievable. When people spend this kind of money on vehicles, they expect professionalism, communication, accountability, and actual customer service. What I received instead was poor treatment, arrogance, ignored calls, and constant frustration. I would strongly recommend anyone considering doing business with Fayetteville Dodge or Go Group Auto think twice before trusting them with your money, your vehicle, or your time. Customer service and accountability clearly are not priorities here.

I appreciate everything the employees have done for me to get the best deal. Braedon was an excellent salesman to work with. He was very quick with getting the paperwork and signings done. 10/10 would recommend coming here to purchase a vehicle

I just got the new 2026 Dodge Charger RT today ..... new color called "subzero"..... fully loaded and AWD..... I can't say enough about my experience with this dealership..... my salesman Arty and Chris..... Manager Chris on the sales floor..... Gabrielle who did my credit application..... Will in the service dept..... the entire staff is wonderful..... highly recommend...... great deals too.....a warm cozy atmosphere and a very professional setting..... im a very happy customer...... thanks to all who put me in this beautiful car.....

I left my 2022 ram 5500 to change the oil in the axles and gearbox, they called and said that the truck was ready, when I came to pick up the truck, they said that the mechanic forgot to close the window and the rain was pouring into the cabin, and they offered dry cleaning, but I put it off because I didn't think it was a big problem. after that i drove 230 miles and the plug from the transmission fell out while driving, i spent $1700 on a tow truck and new oil and plug, the next day i went to them to explain how this could happen, but someone from service always said that you have to talk to the manager, but the manager was not there, they were supposed to call me back, but no one called back, I got the manager phone number sent to him all pictures, but never got respond I went to them 3 more times, but the manager was never there, there were always different reasons why he was not there! a very bad experience to work with them! 08.02.2023
