Exceptional service. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy. They checked me in quickly, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and kept me updated throughout the visit. The service was completed on time, and my vehicle was returned in great condition. I really appreciated their response time and attention to detail. It’s clear they value their customers, and I would definitely return for future service.
View on GoogleInspection and 15000 mile service. I was late and they managed to get me right in. Appropriate amount of time for the service, sent the video inspection right to my phone. There was a discrepancy in the pricing shown on the video vs checkout However, the gentleman checking me out made the correction quickly. He was polite, knowledgeable and thorough! All I came in contact with were pleasant but Damian (who checked me on and out) was spectacular!
View on GoogleI was recently faced with an unexpected major transmission failure car repair. Of course, as luck would have it, I was out of the Chevy 5 year warranty by 1 year, although under the 60,000 mile warranty limit, putting me in a significant financial predicament. My vehicle repair was assigned to ALESSIO in the Service Dept. at West Herr in East Syracuse. I have not done any business at that location, and due to past experiences at car dealerships, I was extremely apprehensive and on guard. After speaking with ALESSIO, I cautiously began to have a change of heart due to his sensitivity to my situation, extending friendly and supportive words which I have not previously encountered regarding vehicle repairs. I spoke with him several times throughout the process as he helped me decide the best course of action to take for the most reasonable price possible! Each time I spoke with ALESSIO, I received the same level kindness, patience and empathy. ALESSIO is without question an asset to the West Herr organization as he always maintained his personable, helpful and professional manner. I would also like to add that I spoke with another employee “Disco” on a few occasions when ALESSIO was unavailable. He too was helpful and kind, assuring me I was no bother and could contact them anytime with any concerns. I have since been advised by my sister who lives in the Fingers Lakes area that the West Herr dealership there is the only place she conducts her vehicle business at for those same reasons, and has never been disappointed. Therefore, I will not hesitate in the future to take my vehicle concerns to the West Herr Dealership on Chevy Drive in East Syracuse. Thanks again, ALESSIO and Disco!!

The small video explanation that I received was great and I found the experience very professional and courteous. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and was able to determine the specific problem & solution that had taken over five weeks at another service center, that included 3 visits.

Most recently I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and mentioned my check engine light going on and off the week before. James G. was very thorough with his assessment and ordered a part I needed. He put me in a rental car and I was back in my own vehicle within the week. Cannot be happier with the kind and efficient service of all employees there, especially Jim! Highly recommend this location.
