I am thrilled with the wonderful and professional service I received at Dunn Tire of DeWitt today. The service representatives Thomas and Christine were so friendly and helpful in selecting brand new tires for my Ford Escape. The auto technician did a great job of checking out my vehicle and making sure it met all safety standards. The waiting room was very comfortable and bathroom was clean. So happy I decided on Dunn Tire for my purchase today!

I bought my tires here a few years back and was in today for a tire rotation - a free tire rotation every 5,000 miles. I also had a low tire a few months ago and was able to pull up and have them all checked and filled if needed, also for free, no waiting. How many other places take care of you like that for buying from them? I have been a customer through many cars and will be for many more.

This was my first time visiting their store. I saw the low ratings, but the prices were very reasonable. I went to many stores before finally choosing this one. There was a small problem during the tire replacement process, but they resolved it quickly. The staff were very friendly, and I will definitely come back.

Normally a great experience at Dunn Tire. Not today. I had new tires put on in February and 2 tires kept losing air. I went back today to have that correct. I saw my vehicle return back to the parking area. I sat for 15 minutes with not one person around and the phone was ringing and ringing. I just grabbed my keys from the envelope and left. I'm not sure where the employee went to for so long.
