We’ve had great experiences with Cooks in the past, but sadly that’s not the case anymore. Tried to sell my girl on all new brakes, rotors, and tires, none of which she needed. After checking the car out myself and taking it to another reputable shop, my suspicions were confirmed. The guys at the desk are real nice in there, but I suggest you take your car elsewhere for work

Had a sudden, unknown issue pop up with my car. They were able to get me in ASAP for a diagnostic. I didn't have anyone available to pick me up from the shop while they checked out the car, so they prioritized me and took a look at it right away. Turns out the issue was just an absurd amount of ice packed into the undercarriage, which they cleared out no problem. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, including the mechanics. They let me walk underneath my car and explained what they were seeing/how the ice was causing the issues I was experiencing. Excellent service all around, and since it was a simple fix, they didn't charge me at all. A great experience for my first time going. I'll be back!

Mike and Dave are honest, professional mechanics. They do a great job, the right job, and keep you informed every step of the way. I have always done my own vehicle maintenance and repairs (I'm cheap and semi-handy) but now have small children and much less time. I will only ever take my vehicles here - their quality is top notch and I can trust them and their work. 100% recommend for all car repairs.

We love this place. Really nice, honest guys who do a good job and don’t overcharge, and as a woman I always feel comfortable here alone, which hasn’t been the case at every car place. One time my husband brought his car after the dealership removed a mouse nest from the ventilation system because there was still an odor. They put a scope through it and said it was clear, so the odor was just residual (and since then it did gradually go away). They didn’t charge us anything for it. They also put on a hitch for literally less than half the price that the dealership was going to charge for the same hitch.

Friendly people, but they said they could only get the parts I needed from the dealer. It took almost 3 days to get an answer. I found the part online for $62, installed them myself and saved about $440. The people at the repair shop were friendly but extremely busy.
