They tore up my oil pan in my x5 and torqued my drain plug. I reached out to the regional manager back on 2.13.26 and he still hasn’t responded as of today 2.21.26. If I was able to give 0/5 that would’ve been the rating. I have receipts and pictures. I have reached out to my legal team and waiting for their solution

View on GoogleService was great but they told me they don’t even carry synthetic blend and wouldn’t put it in a lawnmower. Had a half off coupon which ended up being $25 off a $98 oil change. Staff very helpful. Business pulled a bait and switch on me.

I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Eric, the assistant manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. It’s rare to find customer service that genuine these days, and Eric truly deserves the recognition for the wonderful job he’s doing.
