Take 5 Oil Change

They tore up my oil pan in my x5 and torqued my drain plug. I reached out to the regional manager back on 2.13.26 and he still hasn’t responded as of today 2.21.26. If I was able to give 0/5 that would’ve been the rating. I have receipts and pictures. I have reached out to my legal team and waiting for their solution

Fantastic experience getting my oil change today. The team was incredibly friendly, clearly explained my options, honored my coupon, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated the extra touches like the bottled water and safety checks. Highly recommend!

Service was great but they told me they don’t even carry synthetic blend and wouldn’t put it in a lawnmower. Had a half off coupon which ended up being $25 off a $98 oil change. Staff very helpful. Business pulled a bait and switch on me.

The customer service here is amazing! Immediately welcomed with water and snacks free of charge for the whole family. Our techs were Alejandro and Cormar. I will no longer take my business anywhere.

I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The service was quick, professional, and friendly from start to finish. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Eric, the assistant manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands.
