Caliber Collision

Took me two months to get my vehicle back and this is how they left it. And they expect me to return so they can take it out. I’d like a full detail but hey who am I!? My whole brand new Bronco smells like oil. Who does this? So unprofessional. However the desk lady Amanda is super nice and helpful

Highly recommend! This Caliber location was recommended to me by the Goodyear dealership across the street (we go there for mechanical stuff), and it's a well-deserved recommendation. The general manager, Drew, and his coworkers, Dylan and Matt, were *the best* - friendly, informative, fast, and well-priced. Caliber Collision repaired our truck that had body damage. They were great about communicating what was going on with the repairs and when the truck would be ready. They worked with our insurance company, so no worries for us. The work was completed when they said it would be and the vehicle looks great. I definitely would recommend them for service and I am glad that we chose to do business with them ourselves.

This was my first experience using Caliber, and I was very pleased. I had a claim for a collision repair, and from start to finish, the people at Caliber were pleasant, efficient and communicated with me often. Everything went smoothly, my car repairs were completed earlier than promised and my car looks great.

Would highly recommend Caliber. They kept me informed every step through the process. Amanda was extremely helpful. She took care of the insurance paperwork and the rental car. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!
