Bayberry Automotive

I have been taking my car to bayberry auto for a while now. It's a family car so it gets the wear and tear of having kids. Work at bayberry auto always makes me feel like my family is safe, never takes too long and the customer service there is always great. I called last week to get my car in and they got me in within a week or so of the call to schedule. They were able to do more for me in that one visit than we even talked about on the phone without keeping my car for too long and when they quoted me the price they were almost exact to the actual total.

Great experience!!! I was unsure if there was a problem with my radiator (possible leak). Bayberry Automotive took my car, gave me a ride home, called to say NO problems found., They picked me up from home, and WOW....no bill! They took time, energy, concern and a ride (both ways) to look at my car and only ZEROs on my bill. Totally unexpected of today's mechanics. They just earned a loyal customer!

Second visit to Bayberry Automotive and very pleased with the entire experience. this was for a tire rotation and New York State inspection. Car was ready much earlier than expected. John and Makenzie(sp) were great to deal with. I will continue to use this shop for my automotive needs and will recommend them for their friendly customer service and reasonable rates.

Recently moved here, and wanted to get established with a mechanic and also have my car inspected. Brought my car in for an inspection and also to see how much it would cost for me to replace my two windshield visors which had fallen off. Instead of fixing them and charging me what would’ve cost several hundred dollars, they suggested a quick fix I could buy for under 20 bucks on Amazon - and even showed me the link!! they impressed me with their integrity and honesty. Good job, fellas! It looks like you found yourselves a loyal customer!

Bayberry Automotive is a great place to do business! I needed an inspection and swung in last minute. They couldnt have been nicer and fit me right in! They were very professional and kind. I will certainly being doing business with them again!
