NORTHSIDE COLLISION LIVERPOOL

I was very satisfied with the Liverpool location for Northside collision. They did a great job with my vehicle and provided me a loaner for the period that my car was getting fixed. They updated me whenever something was being done. They communicated with the insurance company. All I had to do was show up and pay my deductible. This is the second time I’ve done business with them.overall satisfied and would recommend it to anyone.

Northside I must admit, I was terrified to go through the Northside collision center based on my previous experiences. However, from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by all the employees who were in and out of the office. Zach, one of the employees, took his time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and my husband’s. He was incredibly friendly and humorous, and I felt like I was always kept informed about the progress of my case. The front office was run by Myneeka, who was incredibly helpful and made me laugh. She’s an amazing and down-to-earth individual. There was also a detailer whose name I didn’t catch, but he was absolutely meticulous in his work. I was surprised by how well he cleaned my husband’s Jeep. Overall, everyone at Northside made a huge positive impact on me. They showed me that I can trust others and that I won’t be deceived. I hope this message reaches you all, and that corporate recognizes the hard work and pride you all take in your work.

I was told my repair would take three weeks — it took over two months. I received no proactive communication; the only updates came when I called. My vehicle was misplaced for over three weeks, and I was promised reimbursement for rental expenses, which I still have not received. The estimate doubled without prior discussion, and my calls went unanswered when I tried to get clarification. When I finally got my car back, it had new paint scratches and chips, and the cross-traffic and blind spot sensors were malfunctioning. Completely unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this shop

North side went beyond my highest expectations. My car went in for a back hatch repair. The service was proffessional and thorough. I bought my Volvo used and I swear my car looks better than when I drove it off the lot. Also the detailing they gave my car was so thorough I didn’t recognize the inside. I highly recommend Northside collision and I would definitely use them again.
