Nate G. was dispatched to help with a dead battery situation today (12/16/25) on my high end vehicle. Within a few minutes of his arrival, he was able identify the cause of the issue and fixed it expeditiously. Nate G explained to me what had happen and gave me solutions if it did happen again. Nate G. was amazing!!! Not only did he arrive way before the estimated time of arrival, when he got there it had started snowing pretty bad… he still came out smiling and was very pleasant during the whole process of changing out my flat tire!!!
