Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I had an exceptional experience. I hit a pothole on Route 57 and it tore my tire. I pulled into Mr. Tire around 8:00 AM without an appointment right as the store was opening. My vehicle has a rare tire size, so I honestly expected to be turned away or have to wait a long time. Instead, the team got my car right in, replaced the tire, gave me a great price, and provided outstanding customer service. The entire process took about 30 minutes and I was back on the road quickly. Very professional, efficient, and courteous staff. I truly appreciate the help during an unexpected situation. Thank you again!

Tim was very helpful in solving our dilemma when we found a screw embedded in one of our tires. He said he could take care of it and would call us when it was fixed…..and he did! Friendly and helpful….two admirable qualities.

It did take 2 hours for an oil change and fix driver side low beam light that was out. I have to say, the mechanic fixing the light told me it was challenging and he had to google how to get the headlight off. There were no other customers that had cars that needed to be worked on. The mechanic also had to manage customers coming in with questions and one customer bought some tires to take home.

Christian was very courteous, timely and caring with servicing my Wife’s vehicle. His manager should recognize him for his professionalism! Thank you, Christian!

Poor service. Asked for an oil change with the complimentary tire rotation. Rotation was performed. I noticed, said something, which the manager looked surprised. I asked for a discount, got $10 off. I will not be going back for service.
