Mavis Discount Tire #701

This is the most horrible place I’ve ever been to, and they are terrible. If you get a pickup order here, don’t try to arrive before your appointment time; they won’t load you even a minute early. My appointment was for 4 PM, but I arrived at 12 PM because the stupid broker told me they’d load me before 4 PM. From the time I arrived until my actual appointment time, not a single other truck showed up. Well, they assigned me a dock at 3:30 PM and I thought they’d load me right away, but it turned out I had to wait for the second shift. I’m still here and don’t know when they’ll load me; it’ll probably take the full eight hours of the second shift. It’s a garbage place—it’ll ruin your day. It seems like they load one tire at a time...

I had no issue, I checked 2hours before my appointment and gave me a dock right away , they finished 10am which is my appointment , thanks and good job

Rude.....no people skills. THESE PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE!!!!! I CAN NOT STAND DELIVERING HERE! THEY TALK TO YOU LIKE YOU ARE A IDIOT! Bald guy and younger girl.....

I came here for delivery people are extremely rude. They told me to help for unloading or pay $125 cash only . Never recommend anyone to come this place
