Village Import Auto Sales & Service

I have an older VW that has been very well maintained over the years. I wanted to transition away from the dealership and find a specialty repair center that focuses on foreign imports. I chose this location after stopping by in person, seeing the imported cars they service, and believing they use high quality products. For my appointment, I requested a simple oil change and asked if I could wait on-site. On the day of the appointment, I walked into the main entrance (not knowing if I should go to the garage entrance), and was told I was fine where I was. Shortly after I sat down, someone did take my car back. Over an hour later, someone casually laid a paper on the receptionist’s counter and said, “someone is bringing your car around.” When I went to pay, I was informed that using a credit card adds a 3% surcharge. I mentioned that no one had told me this upfront, and I was told it was “posted on the door.” When my car was finally brought around, the keys were simply handed to me with no acknowledgment or courtesy whatsoever. I left feeling unappreciated and devalued. Not a “thank you,” not a “nice vehicle,” not a single word of appreciation for my business. I own two other foreign imported cars — I would have loved to find a local shop I could trust and stay with long term. Unfortunately, this will not be the place. I will not return, and will not be recommending this business to others.

To make a very long story short I had a check engine light issue for 3 months, I took my car to multiple different shops and dealerships just for the to the light to keep coming on with the same issue and learning that they never truly fixed anything just charged me crazy amounts of money that left me with shallow pockets and more damage to my vehicle. 😑 I said all that to say that Village Auto is nothing short of amazing!! All of the staff is great, I had the pleasure of working with Ed and Matt directly and they are awesome! They actually listen to you when you explain what the issues at hand are, they thoroughly go through and check everything, they have great communication, super informative, very friendly, get everything done quickly and work with you ever step of the way. They don’t make you feel like just another ATM walking through the door… they actually treat you like a human being, more like a friend/family. They even clean your car for you before they give it back!! lol It was an overall great experience for me. I will 100% be going back to them for anything I need in the near future and would HIGHLY recommend going to them, no question!! 😇

I bought a Dodge van from Zach. Zach was not pushy and once I decided to buy, everything went super fast. Nice people there!

I took my Mercedes 2019 S Class here recently after having some bad experiences with other mechanics and hearing what amazing work they do. I have to say I was so impressed with their professionalism and friendly attitude. Matt and James was very on point with keeping me in the loop with what they were doing with my car the entire time they had it and fixed everything in a timely manner. Jeff the owner is such a nice guy and very personable. The receptionist Jennifer was very nice communicating with me. I’ll definitely tell people to come here because they truly care about their customers and it shows!
