I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at this collision shop. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. My car had significant damage, and I was honestly stressed about the whole process—but they made it completely seamless. The quality of the repair work is outstanding. My car looks absolutely perfect, like the damage never even happened. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I especially want to highlight Corey—he was truly amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about their customers the way he does. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs. A few weeks before my family and I moved, we had an auto collision that needed to be fixed since our car is a lease. We went to Gabe's for an estimate and they were quick and precise with their service and estimate. We had to wait to do the repairs because of the move which was a couple months later and when we had to book the appointment at a different Gabe's location, the process was seamless. I spoke with Marcy a few times and she was so courteous and personable. It made this exhausting experience easier especially after a big move and being freshly postpartum. I had never gone to Gabe's before but their reputation was why I went to them. They lived up to that reputation! With great communication on the status of my vehicle (even when there was a slight delay), they were transparent and I appreciated that a lot. Great service, great prices, and overall great team. Even though we live 40 minutes away, I will remember to use them for any of my auto collision needs.

Went through Gabe’s because it was the repair shop through GEICO which is our insurance provider…. All the body work and repairs were good… one thing they were suppose to take care of through the process which was from dropping it off at their shop and picking it up over a month long for the time line was a complete interior detail because of the theft that took place ….. and the detail was absolutely terrible doesn’t seem like the used an ozone machine for the smell and did a basic wipe down and vacuum and then said to my wife they couldn’t tell who made the vehicle dirty the people who took it or our kids…. If they couldn’t have done a complete detail like our adjuster said they could handle I would have taken it somewhere… on top of the fact if they are getting reimbursed for the labor… do a complete detail regardless of where some of the mess came from. I understand time line for body damage and repairs but to have our vehicle for almost a month and maybe only wipe it down, vacuum it, and spaying an oder spray it’s absolutely unacceptable

After getting into a crash and not knowing what to do the crew at Gabe’s were incredibly helpful and kind to me. They made the process easy and I felt assured that I was getting the best work I could done on my car. It was in perfect hands and looks just like new again.

Great service start to finish. They don’t cut corners, they fight with insurance companies for their customers, and their staff is sensational. Hopefully I won’t need vehicle repair but if friends, family, and myself do, we’re going to Gabe’s!
