My bf made an apt for TWO tires in the back (I just bought two new ones for front from mavis )when we arrived they said we would have to get all four new ones because the tires they sell “are a different rotation and against policy” so I could not get Tires that I needed before storm when they easily could have told him that was a policy when he made an apt for TWO not four. Really ridiculous waste of time , been driving 20 years and never even have news of this prior

I ordered trailer tires online for my camper. I made an appointment to have them mounted balanced and valve stems. After I got home with the tires and went to put them on the camper I Realized a valve stem was leaking on one of the tires after looking closer the valve stems were never changed on all four wheels. After checking the other 3 with soapy water, they were good No leaks and luckily I had a valve stem at home to Change out the leaking one. It would have literally took them 1 minute a wheel to change out the valve stems while the tires were off. Not too happy with The quality of the work. But you live ya learn. If I ever have tires done there again I'll be making sure everything is up to par before I leave.

Went in for new tires today..Great service friendly workers and fast service..Very satisfied.

My "irreparable" leaky tire that would somehow necessitate me buying and replacing all 4 of my tires was fixed in 10 minutes at Haines down the street. Looking at the screw that was pulled out of my treads, it's obvious that no one really tried to look for / fix the issue... just follow Walmart's policy to upsell tires. I'm lazy not stupid. At least try to make your lies more convincing.

Called the night before to confirm my appointment for the following morning. Was told I was all set. Got there the next morning to have new tires put on. They couldn't find the ones I ordered. Finally found them, and they were the wrong ones. I had to walk to customer service to get a refund, then back to auto center to have them put on comparable tires to original ones I ordered. Walmart app gave me wrong tire size to fit my car. So they couldn't put those tires on either. I was then told they had absolutely no tires in stock that were the size my car needed. They weren't pleasant, they moved at a snails pace, 2 out of 3 of the employees just stood around. Don't recommend ordering your tires from Walmart app, and don't recommend going here.
