Absolute Towing And Auto Repair

I had gotten into a car accident recently and it messed up my tie rod. I called for a tow and he showed up at the time he said he would and took my car to the shop. He said it could possibly get fixed by the next day and it was! He went out of his way to find the right part for my car and everything and he was able to fix it within that day. He did an amazing job on my car it drives even better than it did before. He even fixed my bumper for me. They have reasonable pricing as well. Amazing company I highly suggest them for if you ever have any issues with your car! 10/10 🤩

Owner will try to screw you out of whatever he can told him to keep the car gave him the title and he still wanted the car and half of the bill to release the car that he was keeping I would never suggest doing any business with this company

More like "Absolute Worst Towing!" My roadside assistance provider contacted them to tow me. Apparently, there was an issue with the payment information. Instead of Absolute Towing updating me or the provider of the situation, they simply cancelled the service. It was only when I called them after waiting for almost two hours that they informed me of the cancellation. It took another hour for my provider to find another towing company. All in all, three hours of my life went down the drain when all Absolute Towing had to do was call me or my provider about the payment issue right after it happened. I'm just glad it wasn't in the dead of winter. Such heartless people! Update: Absolute Towing responds claiming I have wrong business. Absolute Towing in Catskill, NY.

Just before Christmas, we were hit by someone running a red light. Our 12 passenger van rolled. Absolute Towing came to haul our van away. They were very helpful. When I went back the next day to clear out my belongings, Ed was there, and he helped me get the plates off and was so kind and helpful. I can't say enough about how good he was to us in such a horrific time for me. Thank you Ed for all you did!! I really appreciate your help and kindness!

So i got my husband's truck stuck in a ditch this morning. I call Absolute towing and they were so nice. They sent Jim out to help me and he even got me to smile. I would be using them again.
