I want to thank Steve, Jamie, & their team at Automotive Medic. I'm not from the area & needed my vehicle looked at. I called & Jamie told me they could look at it that same day. I got there & I was greeted by their well behaved doggos. Steve took a listen to the noise I complained about & knew exactly what I needed. He gave me the quote and worked with me to help fit my budget. He told me about the problems I was having him look at but also looked elsewhere and warned me about things that would need fixing in the future. They made me feel at home. letting me choose the TV channel & even offering me some of the pizza they had for lunch. I 10/10 would recommend their services, you won't regret it!

My family and I were traveling on the thruway when our car started shaking. We were far away from home and needed immediate assistance. After calling about eight other mechanics, automotive medic was the only one willing to take us in and get us fixed up on the spot. They were a god send- gave my kids snacks while we waited, and were able to fix the problem that day so we could keep going on our trip. Highly recommend!

Fixed a ripped part of my Prius’s undercarriage at 4:30 on a Friday with a snowstorm coming, on NO notice and for no charge. Complete sweeties!
