Barry was amazing and really went above and beyond. I came in not being 100% sure what I wanted and he was patient and helped show me many options and answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. When I finally chose the car he gave me clear step by step instructions of what I would need and what to expect. When I was on the phone with my insurance company asking them for the necessary documents needed for signing they told me that I was lucky to be working with such an amazing sales person because most dealerships don’t give their clients all of the information that he gave me and they could tell he was incredible. I went to RC Lacy to check out a used Jeep Wrangler, I test drove it, and didn't love it. I fell in love with a 2026 Subaru Forester, as I was meandering around the lot after the test drive. Jake Robinson was absolutely fantastic to work with! He is so laid back, NO Pressure or awkward sales pitches, just great information . He was so easy to talk to, very informative, and not AT ALL, what you expect, when walking into a car dealership. I walked away with a brand new 2026 Subaru Forester, in the most gorgeous color (River Rock Pearl) and I couldn't be happier with the service I received , and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RC Lacy, and Jake!
