They do kind of scam me business behind closed doors, the foreign guy and I suppose that guy named Benjamin I wouldn’t give them my personal information of our you then they call your phone to try to check you about the fact that they’re fraudulent. I’m reporting them to the police so tread lightly.

I want here for many years and, They did something absolutely crazy, and vandalized the interior of my car, and ruined my glove box by drilling a hole in the latch and lock ofthe glove box because they misplaced the key for locking lug nut on each wheel. The job should have taken about a week, they had the car for 5 weeks and returned it vandalized with only two out of the three items done. At the three week mark, after ordering the wrong parts twice...the owner Alberto told me they couldn't find the lock for the wheels which were on the passanger seat when I gave him the car 3 weeks earlier. I told him no big deal, just cut off the locking lug nut on each of the wheels and I'll actually pay for a new set of locking lug nuts. Or, I said, you can just put a plain cheap lug nutto replace the locking ones you cut off, then I'll buy a new locking lug nut set. I went to the shop for many years, and things began to get crazier and crazier. The key for the wheel was on the seat or maybe it fell under the seat but more likely, they misplaced it in the 5 weeks (!) they kept my car (while ordering the wrong parts at least twice for the three items they were to repair)! When I finally got my car 5 Weeks later, the latch on the glove box was destroyed and wouldn't stay on and had a giant hole where the lock used to be! Alberto's assistant told me he was looking for the lug nut key in there. That was absolutely crazy because for weeks I had told them it was on the seat and if they couldn't find it under the seat I would pay for a new set if they just cut the old one off. Alberto actually told me they had a special tool to remove it without cutting it. They promised when they got the parts for the final repair he would get me a new glove box off of eBay. This was over a year ago he's never called back, after I went to him for much of the last 20 years!

Took my older BMW X6 here for a leak in radiator and was charged $700. When the car was returned to me, it overheated and stalled. It was towed back to Salmex, which they did pay for, but unfortunately when the car was returned to me it drove worse than before and the owner would only tell me he could not guarantee anything. Basically he knew the job they did was terrible and would not hold. Needless to say, I had to go to another mechanic who basically confirmed the job was garbage. I will not return.

Customer Beware! A NYS inspection plus an oil change should not cost up to several hundred dollars; that is, twice of what the original auto dealer charges. Creating a most frightening and intimidating customer relations is not key to retaining customers. Fair and courteous treatment of all customers are key to sustaining a healthy business .

Mr. Alberto was so amazing and honest. We brought my 2011 Camry to him on a Saturday afternoon and it was fixed my Monday morning. He even took the initiative to fix my broken mirror. HIGHLY recommend his services.
