Auto Collision Center

This is the 3rd time I have used Auto Collision Center. First time a tree fell on my 17 Rogue, they totaled it, I was happy with that and so was the owner, I didnt want it, and he didn't want to have to work on it. Second time my replacement 18 Rogue went off the road during a snow. Very quick, and professional work, they didnt hesitate when I complained that the alignment was off, they just fixed it no questions asked. I also said I think the wheel bearing should have been replaced as it was making noise, they did that also, no questions asked. My most recent visit was because I hit a deer in my 18 Rogue, their work was fast and just as expected, well done. I had aftermarket led bulbs in my fog lights, they didnt just put standard bulbs in, they got me a new set of leds for both lights. My auxiliary lights I had wired into the headlight to turn on with my bright lights, they drilled the hole and sealed it just like I had done on the original headlight. Extra mile to me. I am sure this was just an over sight, and I found it kind of amusing, they zip tied up my aux light harness to a main harness under the headlight. Boy did I have fun getting those zip ties off to get my harness back down. Great shop, Christina was great to work with, direct and do the point, no bs, just how it should be. When that OOPS happens, who do you call? it's not an everyday "thing" we need. Bobbi and Christine took care of me better than one can imagine! Lots of reviews say “you can trust them to do the job right”. See my photos. They left this huge hunk of plastic in between the air conditioner compressor pulley and the radiator. Could have totaled my engine.

My car got hit while parked. Went to a couple of locations for quotes and how long it would take. They gave a solid price and did great work in a short time. Everybody there was pleasant to deal with. Hopefully won’t have to go back, but if I get more car damage that’s where I’m going.
