I asked for an oil change.. and the owner said he doesn’t do that. Yet, they have a huge sign on their windows that say they do quick oil changes… I was discriminated by that man. It’s sad, I thought this business would be better than that. Go anywhere else.. I was kind and I caused no fights. I just said ok and I walked out.

First experience here, I came because a friend recommended them. They held my sons broken down car while he was out of town for several days ( very nice and patient of them) then they explained what was wrong, fixed it for a reasonable price and we were on our way. Definitely will be using them again! Thank you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m only giving 2 stars because of the respectful and kind young lady who actually stepped up and helped me. Otherwise, this place would be getting ZERO. What happened here was completely unacceptable and infuriating. I came in because my tire pressure light came on. A simple, quick check, that’s all I needed. When I arrived, there was NO staff outside. I walked up to the front door, but I had babies in the car, so of course I wasn’t about to leave them alone to go fully inside. I waited at the door, expecting someone to at least acknowledge I was there. And there he was, the man at the front desk who clearly saw me, but chose to ignore me while he stood there having a casual conversation with his friend. Not a greeting, not a “be with you in a minute,” absolutely nothing. Just complete disregard. And THEN, instead of offering assistance, he raised his voice at me, telling me to come inside because his air conditioning was on. That was his concern, not the customer in front of him needing help, not the fact that I had kids in the car, but his air conditioning. I calmly explained that I couldn’t step all the way in because I needed to keep an eye on my babies. His response? He told me to go back outside. No apology, no willingness to assist, just complete dismissal. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a business in my life. He acted as if my presence was a burden. Thankfully, the young woman who was working there noticed how upset I was and came outside to help me. SHE is the only reason this review isn’t a 1-star. She handled the situation with professionalism and compassion, something that man at the front desk clearly has no concept of. Whoever that man was should not be dealing with the public. If this is how customers are treated, I will never return, and I strongly suggest others stay away as well. This experience was beyond disappointing, it was disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

I typically make an appointment when I take my car to B £ C but the other day a light came on in my car and I just happened to be driving by so I stopped in. I thought it was just a brake light I needed but then the young guy, Dan, noticed I hadn’t put on my new registration sticker and that I was due for an inspection! He was so enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. After replacing a small bulb and a screw for my license plate I was ready to go. It was so quick and convenient. All the attention to those details just made my life so much easier that day! Thank you
