Truly the best of the best. It’s not often you find a trustworthy, reliable and fair mechanic. These guys are great, I would trust nobody else with my car.

Lou and all his co-workers are amazing. My first time in a accident, and I am ok, but my car was totaled. they came with a flat bed, and brought me and my car to the shop. Of course, the accident was on a Friday at 4:30pm. They all waited until my ride came at 6:00. Lou made the process very easy, and helped me out tremendously! The communication with them was on point. Highly recommend this shop. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

Lou is awesome. Helped me out with a check engine light on my Rav-4 Hybrid. Honest and upfront the whole time, and he called partway through their process to keep me in the loop as they worked. Turned out to be a worn out gas cap causing the issue. Very fair price for the review/diagnosis, service and parts.

Had a dead battery on a day when the temperature hit 95...I'm in Southern Westchester County...I called AAA and they arranged for Paul, from Putnam Collision, in Putnam County, to arrive at my home in less than 16 minutes. He was pleasant, smiled, skilled, ran all the tests necessary and let me know every thing was OK, I didn't need a new battery and left me one very happy camper. He deserves an immediate salary increase. (I'm still shocked he got to me in 16 minutes...apparently, he was down in my area for another call!)

This place is awesome Lou is the best go to guy for the work to be done on my car every repair or work done was top notch and they do the best work in town. Awhile back when I was in my first ever car accident Lou gave me a quote to restore my car and it took me a while but the work was amazing and exceeded my expectations. I will and always will highly recommend this place. They have alot of work but they are the best work and top quality. The reason for the time it takes on certain repairs is quality of parts they always make sure the parts are top notch and that nothing is wrong to make sure that everything is done right. As always thank you Lou and all the other mechanics and workers I appreciate the time and effort for the work being done perfectly
