Absolute garbage company, Don't ever think about using them. Just like all their other negative reviews, barely answers the phone, Driver is disrespectful, Doesn't ever show up for a Tow or Pickup, they sometimes claim to be working on it but aren't actually doing anything. Garbage company

My insurance reached out to them for towing services and they kept me waiting for 7 hours! They never called or text to tell me they were not coming and I reached out to them and they told me they can’t come because it’s too far! But no one called to tell me that! In the mean time I am waiting on them because their tracker says to rest assured they will send help! 7 hours later I was stranded on the bridge for a almost over night!

My truck needed an emergency tow, and I contacted State Farm, who assigned Lil Pete to come tow. After about an hour, I received a notification that Lil Pete would arrive between 45 and 75 minutes. An hour after that message, I received another notification that the would arrive within 3-33 minutes. Still another hour after that, they still did not show up. I contacted State Farm, and when they asked Ljl Pete for an update, they said they were running behind “due to weather”. What weather? I’ve been sitting outside in shorts and short sleeves for 3 hours this whole time waiting for them to show up.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I gave 1 star because I had to write a review. I have a full size truck and This company towed my vehicle with a regular tow truck and not a flat bed in mountains of snow. 2. The company would not answer the phone, to rack up charges. Finally got a hold of them on the seventh day and 1700.00 later they release my truck to go get fixed somewhere else. The company prey on people when they need help. DECEITFUL practice!! SCAMMERS. They are on the BBB TOO YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

Accepted to pick up a car for sale through Peddle then no showed. The phone number is not accepting calls. I could not reach them, the company I sold the car to could not reach them. Don't waste your time.
