My experience at West Herr Mazda was exceptional. I was visiting from Syracuse and stopped in while I was in the area, and the service was so welcoming that I would gladly make the drive again for the level of care I received. I had my four-year-old nephew with me, and the staff went out of their way to make us both comfortable — offering to put on cartoons, sharing snacks, and pointing out the hot chocolate and coffee station. One of the service team members even came out to talk with my car-obsessed nephew, took the time to explain how wheels are attached to cars, and gave him a lug nut as a souvenir, which absolutely made his day. You don’t usually expect to feel relaxed and at home while your car is being serviced, but I truly was. I was blown away by the quality of service and genuine kindness shown to both me and my car. Highly recommend West Herr Mazda.

“I serviced my 2025 CX-30 Mazda on January 17, 2025. I needed an oil change and tires rotated. My partial sensor light appeared on dashboard panel, Marcus was very professional, explained exactly what was happening in simple words. Marcus did not try to oversell me. The work was done on time, comfortable waiting area, price on the “estimate” was just as he said “earlier.” My Mazda is running smoothly and I recommended West Herr Mazda of Canandaigua for honest service. He explained, in great detail, what needed to be done and provided many options for me to explore. The amount of compassion from Jeremy will keep me going back.
