West Herr Mazda of Canandaigua Service and Parts

My experience at West Herr Mazda was exceptional. I was visiting from Syracuse and stopped in while I was in the area, and the service was so welcoming that I would gladly make the drive again for the level of care I received. I had my four-year-old nephew with me, and the staff went out of their way to make us both comfortable — offering to put on cartoons, sharing snacks, and pointing out the hot chocolate and coffee station. One of the service team members even came out to talk with my car-obsessed nephew, took the time to explain how wheels are attached to cars, and gave him a lug nut as a souvenir, which absolutely made his day. You don’t usually expect to feel relaxed and at home while your car is being serviced, but I truly was. I was blown away by the quality of service and genuine kindness shown to both me and my car. Highly recommend West Herr Mazda.

My partial sensor light appeared on dashboard panel, Marcus was very professional, explained exactly what was happening in simple words. Marcus did not try to oversell me. I never have had any issues at West Herr. My experience is that they treat me very well. The videos for what needs to be done are great. They provide me with anything that I need. Marcus is a great person to deal with. He is very informative and willing to help explain anything. A big thank you to the West Herr Mazda.

Without a question, I would recommend West Herr Mazda of Canandaigua. By the end of the visit, I no longer felt like a customer, rather family. He explained, in great detail, what needed to be done and provided many options for me to explore. The amount of compassion from Jeremy will keep me going back. The service was fast and my vehicle is in top-notch condition.
