Great experience. I found a car I wanted, and they offered it at a great price. There are lots of car dealers who do that. Here's the difference: I wanted heated seats installed. Mike said he could do that. They sent the car to an independent installer. Turns out the installer put the fuse in the wrong place. The day after I picked up the car, the battery was completely dead. Mike drove 35 minutes to my house to get the car started. He then gave me his personal truck to drive to my evening job while he took my car back to the shop to figure out the problem. Once the problem was taken care of, he drove out to where I was working with my car - this is way after closing time, mind you - to make sure I had the car in good working condition. That kind of service and attention to customer care is what sets Evans Automotive apart from the big dealers. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle at a fair price.

I have never in my life experienced such a positive interaction with a dealer like I did at Evans Automotive. I was super apprehensive to drive 2 hours to test drive and possibly buy a truck so far from home but I'm so glad I did. Cameron had it washed up and sitting there in the lot ready for me to take it for a ride. Great guy, super fair on my trade in and an absolute pleasure to talk to. We were in need of a new truck and Evans was the place to go! Cameron was great to work with, and their financing was better than our bank. But we knew where to go as our Jeep is from Evans! Cheryl and Mark take good care of oil changes and any service we need. Great team!

Intended to buy a truck from Evans. Everyone was friendly. Vehicle had severe rust underneath that was not noted, check engine light was on and what sounded like a manifold leak. They said they would repair each issue and against my better judgment, I put a small retainer down and they said they would reach out to me when truck was ready. Showed pictures of rust to my mechanic along with list of other items they said they would fix. He said not to buy the truck. Once I informed Evans I would not be purchasing truck they stopped commutation with me and never returned the retainer payment.
