Great experience. I found a car I wanted, and they offered it at a great price. There are lots of car dealers who do that. Here's the difference: I wanted heated seats installed. Mike said he could do that. They sent the car to an independent installer. Turns out the installer put the fuse in the wrong place. The day after I picked up the car, the battery was completely dead. Mike drove 35 minutes to my house to get the car started. He then gave me his personal truck to drive to my evening job while he took my car back to the shop to figure out the problem. Once the problem was taken care of, he drove out to where I was working with my car - this is way after closing time, mind you - to make sure I had the car in good working condition. That kind of service and attention to customer care is what sets Evans Automotive apart from the big dealers. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle at a fair price.

I was super apprehensive to drive 2 hours to test drive and possibly buy a truck so far from home but I'm so glad I did. View on GoogleIntended to buy a truck from Evans. Everyone was friendly. Vehicle had severe rust underneath that was not noted, check engine light was on and what sounded like a manifold leak. They said they would repair each issue and against my better judgment, I put a small retainer down and they said they would reach out to me when truck was ready. Showed pictures of rust to my mechanic along with list of other items they said they would fix. He said not to buy the truck. Once I informed Evans I would not be purchasing truck they stopped commutation with me and never returned the retainer payment.
