Amy was incredible! She went above and beyond any expectations I had before calling Corby’s. She is the tip of the spear of a customer focused business! Corby’s came highly recommended from a local dealership. I asked who the best is, and the answer was Corby’s. Zero hesitation. The business is special in that you can feel their attention to detail and customer first ethos. Corby’s serves their community with a genuine desire to take care of people. It’s rare in the current culture. Outstanding work both from my experience and the work to my vehicle. I was recently involved in a “fender/bender” accident (hit from behind by a young driver looking down at her cell phone) while driving my brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue (less than 500 miles). Several friends recommended I take the vehicle to Corby’s for repair. I am very happy I did. The people, especially Amy at the front desk who was my primary contact during the repair process . were professional, and accommodating. I was kept up to date on the status of the repair work at all times. Any questions I had were readily answered. The repair work was completed within the time frame provided by Corby’s. The thoroughness and quality of workmanship, was amazing. While I hope not to have a need to use a collision shop in the future, if the need arises, I would certainly use , and recommend Corby’s.
