I had to bring my jeep in for service in Victor, so I had my buddy follow me in my new Honda Ridgeline which was due for service. Took a ride over to West Herr in Canandaigua to see if they could possibly fit me in since I was already waiting for my JEEP to get done. I brought it in and Justin took me right in did my service. I had a problem with my hard Tonoe cover he fixed that and I also had something going on with my center console he took care of all three items for me without an appointment. They also gave me a shuttle ride back to the Jeep dealer to pick up my jeep. Thank you, Justin

Our car recently had issues with its acceleration. Very thankful for Bryce and the service team! They quickly diagnosed the problem (turbo failure) and performed the repair, making sure to service peripheral components (e.g. complimentary oil change) in order to make sure the new part had maximum durability and performance going forward. It’s been super helpful consistently servicing our car with Bryce and his team; he knows the car well and is able to recommend/prioritize maintenance while also considering the financial side of a customers’ experience. Our Service Advisor, Russell, walked us through the service procedure and also provided with a quote to have splash guards installed at a TBD future date. Excellent experience bringing our 2026 CR-V Sport-L Hybrid in for its complimentary oil and filter change. Everything went incredibly smoothly. A standout feature was receiving a video text of the technician inspecting the undercarriage—it's great to see that level of transparency. Highly recommend!
