I brought my Maserati Levante into Uptown Tire today for an inspection, and once again, the experience was top-tier. Geoff Hanford and his pit crew run a sharp, efficient operation these guys move with purpose and know exactly what they’re doing. Service was fast, professional, and detail-oriented, with clear communication throughout. It’s rare to find a shop that treats both the customer and the vehicle with this level of care and respect. Went in for a typical inspection and tire change. After receiving a call from a family member saying my car was totaled the garage decided to call and tell me 6 hours later. After a long weekend of cancelled plans and then an extra few days on that. I get a rental. Which of course I had to put money down on. Instead of taking the initiative to get me a car through the shop I had to wait for their insurance company to pick up their phone; which apparently is 5 business days. Staff have been unsympathetic. Much more should have been done to help a customer who came in for a tuneup and left with financial burden on himself and a burden on all the people driving them around. Unprofessional. Do not recommend.
