After several bad experiences with my dealership, I decided to use a locally owned business to service my car. I was impressed from the first phone call. I needed an oil change fast, working a lot of hours, so it’s not easy to schedule maintenance. Steve Shannon Tire made it easy. They were extremely friendly and personable over the phone. And immediately after the phone call , I got a text confirmation of my appointment, which is really helpful. On the date of service, I was welcomed. A rare experience. It would have been 5.stars, but I have been at your business before, had tire pressure problems, was told I needed pressure sensor's , when done.I had 3 sensors put in , the cost I thought was.very reasonable. Just recently I had another tire light on the dash , I made an.appointment and had the work done, But when I looked up the.previous WO and compared the charges ,I found that the charge for the single sensor was almost the.same.as.the.previous charge as.the.first charge. I'm really gonna.have to think very hard.,if I need.anymore repairs.done.,.about coming to.your business .

Just finished a busy 12- hr night shift as a traveling nurse at Thompson Hospital. Before my hour drive home I noticed I had a flat tire. Lucky me found this gem close by. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. In no time I was on my way with the most affordable pit stop I’ve ever had. I only wish they were closer to home! The 2 men who work the desk are amazing. I truly have not had such consistent great service. They are polite, professional, kind, accommodating and patient. I wish I could say something about the service workers but I never see them. I’ve not had an issue with any of their work!
