Ray Sands Glass

We had a very positive experience with our recent front windshield replacement here at Ray Sands Glass. They helped to transfer insurance claim to them and were able to get us in two days after I called. The front desk person was super helpful and friendly, and it’s a small but fine area to wait if you opt to wait there for your service to be done. There was water available, and comfortable chairs. There was plenty of parking, and they got my car right in and out pretty quickly, especially considering it took a little finagling with my older vehicle. If we need any other glass work done, I’ll definitely come straight here versus the other place who song was stuck in my head, but didn’t work out as well for us.

Unbelievably positive experience for a front windshield replacement. Great communication. Great quality of work. They were even able to transfer my registration and inspection decals to the new windshield.

Amazing. I stopped to make an appointment to have a small crack repaired in my windshield and they repaired it right away! Great customer service!

I would like to say toyota left me out to dry telling me 3+ months for a window. I did my own research to no end i couldnt find one. The team pulled through and my got me on the road in 2 weeks. I had every company on this. They were prompt called me back immediately as I was very pestering about this. 10/10 will never let safelite touch any of my cars again after this. They actually got all the glass out of my truck and out of the channel. Safelite left my previous trucks windows glass to slosh around in the panel. Hats off to you guys.
