Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

This place took a 360 turn with this new crew, the manager is very trustworthy. This new crew is an example of how an auto shop should operate. Brakes and tires in less than 3 hours as a walk in with no appointment. They didn’t even have the tires I wanted, and it didn’t take long to get them within an hour. Great people and great business.

I hesitate to even give this a 1. Even though this service happened in November of 2025, it still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and I refuse to go back even though I bought my tires here a year and a half ago 2 years ago. Whatever. I went in for a tire rotation which is free if you buy the tires there and I ended up getting a tire rotation and a battery. Mechanic told me I needed a battery because it was over 4 years old. I hesitated and I thought it seems to me I replace that battery but I couldn't remember for sure. It is completely my fault. I let him install a battery for $200 because he told me my other one was too old. Come to find out I had gotten it. I had replaced the original battery from Mr tire. Like I said this is all on me but I was totally ripped off and believed the mechanic and I will never do that again. It's truly a shame. Even though it is my fault that this guy was going for the money and not for the service. Apparently maybe they get paid on a commission. I have no idea. Like I said for the umpteenth time it was my fault. However, it is a shame because I have been going there for years. I don't know if it has changed hands and if there's new management now but this guy I will not name his name. Ripped me off for 200 bucks. Shame on me and shame on you. I won't be going back.

Hands down the worst experience ever. I was told itd be 2 hours for 2 tires and an inspection on my wife's car. They called an hour and a half later and said they have to do all 4 tires because the car is AWD. Ok whatever give them the go ahead and was told itd be about an hour. 2 HOURS LATER I called and they we're having trouble getting a lug nut off and asked if I HAD A TITANIUM DRILL BIT THEY COULD DRILL IT OUT WITH!!! I do not have titanium drill bits but luckily have lug nut extractors. So i asked if I could come try and get it off. I went and had it off in 3 MINUTES!!! I then proceeded to take 2 other tires off before the "mechanic" had 1 off. Then I was told itd be an hour again. An hour and a half later I called for it to still not be done! They had to take the tires across the street cause their balance machine was down!!!! Why was that never mentioned? 7 hours and over $700 later a "2 hour" job was done. Terrible communication and skill. Will never go back and make sure no one i know goes there.

Terrible experience. I ordered new tires and set the appointment. I called them on the morning of the appointment and they said the tires didn't come in. They didn't seem to know what was happening and what I ordered. Luckily I had an email confirmation. They then said the tires would arrive on Saturday. I booked the appointment for Monday. I arrived at the location, the signs were ripped off the building, the entry door was smashed and the lights were off and door locked. I called the customer service line and the person said to walk to back of the building to see if anyone was there ???? CREEPY for someone to say that. I said NO and that there is no one at the location. I then called another store location to talk to someone and then was told to go back to the original location as some guy named "???" would be there to meet me ???? I said NO as this was even creepier to meet some guy at a business location that was vandalized by workers and not even appropriate to ask me to do so. I decided I would go to another dealer for tires and hope that the local Sales Manager can clean this mess of a place up. Don't go here - it will only give you alot of frustration and no customer service.

Had my car for 3 days for brakes, oil, and inspection despite scheduling in advance. They were not equipped to do the brakes or the inspection on site. And to top it all they returned my car with their trash in it. EDIT: I already couldn't rate this any lower but I had to come back to mention that they broke a wheel stud, didn't fix it, and didn't tell me! I drove around completely missing it for a week!
