Chris was especially helpful in identifying which type of tires I needed for my make and model, providing me with multiple options, and walking me through pricing. He worked with me on scheduling my appointment around my free time for drop off and pick up, and the work was done very quickly. Highly recommended!

Took a friend who couldn't afford to go where I normally go and she came back happy and didnt get the normal scummy feeling most garages give off. She said that one of the techs and other one Corey really pit her at ease and helped her figure out what was needed with out destroying her wallet.

Absolute pros!!!! If you're like me, and feeling some disenchanted way about commerce experiences (generally speaking) since COVID's negative impact on society, you'll be pleasantly surprised if you get whatever work your vehicle needs done at Monro in CDGA. Tire Rack (the online company) uses Monro as their local shop to mount/balance/etc their products. Here's a brief list of the positives in regard to my experience at Monro (I have ZERO negative things to say; it was ALL positive) - Very easy to set up an appointment - I chose to stay while the service was performed; the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and QUIET (which, having brought along a book to read was a plus) - I did not catch the name of the gentleman who serves as the front desk/mechanic, I'm bad with names as it is (I'm assuming that it being a Saturday, he had the unfortunate task of doing double duty as they probably run a skeleton crew), but he is an ABSOLUTE GEM of a person!!!! Not to trash on the youngins in the workforce, but give me someone in their 50s/60s ANY DAY; if you know, you know! This man was VERY professional AND appropriately personable!!! It's a dying art (the ability to conduct one's self in a human sort of manner with a total stranger) and when I get the opportunity, boy howdy do I relish it!!! - The work needed was done thoroughly, and the time it took was LESS than was estimated, which is always a plus IMO! I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I called the number given on the website. I speak to an Indian person. He asks which location works best for me and I confirm Canandaigua works best. Then he says he has a 12pm opening. It's in a little over an hour, but seemed expediant, so I accept. I wait the time, and then come into the center, only to have the guy tell me he has no record of my name or any appointment with my name. He explains that he normally gets an email to confirm or deny the appointment and that the phone center is located in Singapore or India. Horrible customer service. I only need my car quickly diagnosed on a lift for undercarriage damage.

Chris and Alex are so nice to deal with they ALWAYS treat you with respect, it's always a pleasure, I feel great going there, I know they going to do the job right.
