The service department here is great. I have an older car, a pontiac, not even made any more, but they do a good job make sure she's ready for the road.

Dimitri was our salesperson at Garber Randall Cadillac and he was terrific. Dimitri was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and followed through on everything we discussed. He did everything that he said he would do and he made it EASY and trouble-free. Our customer experience was top-notch. We had to return to the dealership two weeks after we purchased the car for something that came up mechanically. Dimitri and Kirk (Service Writer) were terrific - they took care of everything- no questions asked. Again, I was very impressed with the outstanding customer experience…I will definitely be returning to have the car serviced there. I highly recommend this dealership based on these experiences.

I had my vehicle in today for a routine inspection. All my personal affects had been moved, thrown on the floor boards and not put back after apparently attempting to locate my wheel lock. Center console completely out of order. Sensitive documents removed from my glovebox and left out on my passenger seat with the windows down and key inside the vehicle. Not once did they come to me in the waiting room and ask me where to locate my wheel lock. It was sitting right in the glove box, in it’s original bag. Very unsettling to think that someone so careless was working on my vehicle. The service advisor did come out to take a look and said he would address it. I unfortunately will not return for future service appointments here.

My first experience with the service department at Garber Randall GMC was excellent. The rep was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with my questions. The waiting room was comfortable and the expected time of service was shorter than anticipated. No one ever minds that!

My Yukon had a transmission problem. I was able to get it in immediately and get a loaner vehicle. It required a part to be shipped in from out of state. Kirk was amazing at providing me updates as to where they were in the process. He also gave it back to me sparkling clean with a fresh wash! Very happy!!
