Won't service Honda motorcycles more than 10 years old. Too much trouble to keep qualified and certified technicians, I guess. Have you ever met somebody who scrapped their motorcycle because it had turned 10? And if the factory-authorized Honda dealership won't service a motorcycle, what good are they? Troy City Garage's parts and service departments have both told me that specific service work was impossible or parts non-existent, that were both resolved easily by more knowledgeable and experienced shops a few days later. This happened several times.

Scheduled an appointment to have my N.Y.S bike inspection. Service /parts manager went outside to take the mileage off the bike, he said the rear tire was bald. It was worn for sure, bald no. I asked if they had a tire to put on and he said they don't work on Triumph's, I guess they must bolt their rear tires on different with special sized bolts. The guy was a snob.

One star because the reviews I read all point to it being a place to avoid. Seems they do some dirty shit. Glad I check reviews before going on a 2 hour ride. Sucks because I use to visit the place with my dad when I was a kid, was hoping to buy a bike from them but 3.3 with a ton of 1 stars and not one response says enough

Was noticed right away, got to sit on a few bikes. There is no test riding at this dealer. They offer financing and have a wide array of bikes. If you buy the bike there you get 10% off riding gear.
