Someone scuffed up my driver's side back bumper pretty bad. DiCarlo's did an amazing job fixing it and for a great price. I absolutely recommend them, and will definitely go back in the future if i need work done.

How do you sum up 5+ years of consistently amazing service? From routine maintenance to crash damage, I have never had a bad experience here and I recommend DiCarlo's to all my friends and family!

You can trust them. How often can you say that about a car repair place? This is a family run business, and my family goes here all the time. I was just up visiting and thought I had an oil leak. They made time for me, even though they are schedule was completely booked, and had it done by the end of the day. Turned out it didn’t have a leak, and they didn’t even charge me anything which is amazing, especially if you’ve ever been to any car repair shop in southern New York. You can use them with confidence.

Interesting place, though ultimately disappointing. Car was there for two weeks despite waiting 2 months for parts before dropping it off. Didn’t fix the broken bracket on the headlight, leaving a hole in the plastic. Really amateurish imho. Will not recommend or go back if needed. Also acted like I was out putting them out for a status. They were friendly but totally surprised by my wanting to know when I’d get it back.

I had my Honda Accord repainted in Di Carlo body shop some time ago but now the paint starts crashed. They charged my insurance company more than $7000 at that time. See the attached photo--you can see the original paint on one side and the paint done by DiCarlo body shop on the other side.
