Bright Bay Lincoln, Inc. Service

The service I received from the entire Bright Bay service department was outstanding. After purchasing a used car from the dealership my check engine light came on shortly after getting it home. I live in upstate NY and they were very accommodating to work with my availability to bring the car back to them. After they had it for a day I was informed that the car would need an engine replacement. They offered me a loaner vehicle (2025 Lincoln Corsair) and told me it would be a week to 10 days. After 10 days was told the car was done. I picked it up with no charge to me. I cannot express how impressed I was with Janice and the entire service department team.

We serviced our 2026 Corsair for its 1st service at Bright Bay. Can’t say enough about Darrin, the service mgr, and Fabian, the technician. They were both wonderful. Very easy & pleasant to deal with. They listened to our concerns & followed up on them. We’ve been to other Ford/Lincoln dealers but Btight Bay gets 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was my first oil change and tire rotation since purchasing my Corsair. The work was essentially complementary as its cost was covered by points received upon purchase. The service was performed timely. Everyone was professional and helpful.

My vehicle was part of a recall. Bright Bay Lincoln called me and sent a technician to fix the problem at my home at no cost. The service was professional and on time.

Bright Bay Lincoln Service Dep’t was an Outstanding Experience. They took my car in promptly. I was greeted nicely. My service advisor Janice was a Sweetheart . She check what I needed and also any recalls for my vehicle. She was very pleasant and friendly. We even had small talk. I did not have to wait long for my vehicle. Great Customer Service! In the waiting area there were pretzels, coffee, tea, water,etc. to snack on. Great Job!
