Atlantic Honda Service

Yesterday, I had one of the worst experiences of my life. The thing is, I’ve always taken my car to this place to have it inspected and to get its proper maintenance done. My windshield cracked, and they replaced it with a new one—my insurance covered the whole thing. Well, yesterday, when I took it in, a guy named Christopher told me I had to pay $412 because "someone" had apparently moved a part in my car. I told him, "That must have been you guys! I always bring my car here for absolutely everything, since it’s a brand-new vehicle—plus, it’s a lease." That guy is a total nutcase; all they want to do is rip people off. My car is under the dealership's warranty—nobody touches it but them—yet they try to feed you these absurd lies just to get you to pay up. It’s insane! Anyway, in the end, I didn't pay, but it was a really bad experience dealing with that guy. So, be careful out there, and don't let yourselves get ripped off by that kind of people.

Atlantic Honda has done an exemplary job with my service. They worked within my budget to get the job done to my satisfaction. They also explained the whole issue in understandable terms despite the fact that I did not come in with an appointment. Thank you to my service manager Di for pinpointing the problem and treating me with respect I finally feel safe on the road again. By the way the coffee is good here A+

The service staff do not perform their work properly. When changing the engine oil, they broke a top part. In the end, when I saw this, they told me that they were not sure if it was done by their employees. But they offered me a service and a gift of a NEW COVER. But then why did they shift the blame onto me LOL. When I brought my car to have the tires changed, the staff damaged my alloy wheels. I gave the car again for them to fix their poor work. Instead, I waited for my car for more than 1.5 weeks. My other visits were terrible.

Service techs broke something on our car while attempting to service car and blamed prior dealer that serviced it. Meanwhile piece had just been changed so unsure how all of sudden it broke. Then proceeded to charge full price for it all. Unable to move car because it was taken apart we were forced to fix it there. Then loaner they gave us with half a tank said it was full, stinks really strongly like a smoker hot boxed it.

Service Advisor Christopher is unprofessional and extremely rude. If you want to have a miserable experience, just visit Atlantic Honda and let this advisor assist you.
