I had Kevin the service writer. He was kind, courteous, respectful, and professional. He also took the time and advised me/educated me on a warranty, I did not have and I will be soon purchasing thanks to him. They got my car in and out in less time than what they told me, it was going to take along with a car wash. I am very pleased and will absolutely be going back to them again. My experience from day one with this dealership has been nothing but Outstanding. From the purchasing to the servicing, I have never experienced such an enjoyable stress-free experience when dealing with a dealership.

View on GoogleI purchased a vehicle from brand new 2025 Acura Bayshore, and on the same day I received the car, I found dead roaches inside the vehicle. I immediately reported this to the dealership. Instead of taking it seriously, the salesperson flicked a dead roach off the car and acted like I was being dramatic. I’m literally just a girl. I should not have to deal with dead roaches in a car I just bought, and I definitely shouldn’t be made to feel crazy for being upset about it. The way this was handled felt like gaslighting minimizing the issue instead of fixing it. I live over 100 miles away, and once I got home, I found even more dead roaches in the trunk, backseat, and interior carpeting. I took photos because this was so unbelievable. This car was clearly not properly cleaned or inspected before being sold. This is a hygiene issue, a health concern, and a complete lack of professionalism especially for a dealership representing a so-called luxury brand. Being dismissed instead of accommodated made this experience even worse. If you expect cleanliness, respect, or basic customer service, do not go to Acura Bayshore.

He really started off my day today with such good energy!
