I've been going here for 30 years. Junior and his family run a tight ship. Junior will take care of everything including dealing with the insurance company and the rental car. They returned my car looking brand new, polished, and with the interior detailed. Very very happy.

An amazon truck hit my vehicle which was parked in my drive way. I was recommended NPAC from from a good friend who I've done business with in the past. I went to NPAC and right away they knew what needed to be done. They were very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the repair. The damage was to the front all the way to the front left side of my vehicle. I been using my vehicle for over a month now and I been going all over the place and its been great not a single problem. It's working like it suppose to. A matter a fact I'm going back to get some accessories install on my vehicle to make it look different. The owner and his son and the employees are good people from what I experience. The whole transition was smooth and on top of that the owner was keeping me posted of what phase they were in and was available when I called him if I had any questions. I know its hard to find a good shop in NY, and NPAC is a great auto shop I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Junior has always done a terrific job on my car and gets me the best possible price with the best parts he can find. I have has my suspension fixed, and assorted other work over the years and have always been impressed by the high level of work and customer service.
