Eastern State Tire

I had a flat tire totally off the bead and my husband told me to come here based off a recommendation from a friend. They took the tire, put it back on the bead, filled it with air, held it in a dunk tank overnight to test for holes, etc and nothing was wrong with it. They called the next day and told me to pick it up free of charge. I don't feel like you find that type of honesty and generosity anymore. I asked if they would at least charge me to put it back on the car so I could pay them for something. That was done within 20 min for a minimal fee. The gentleman who helped me was so kind, I would absolutely go back again with any tires issues or needs!

Online Strongly says they have a mobile installation fleet but when I called, They claimed they didn't have my tires size WHEN I WAS CLEARLY ONLINE AND THEIR SYSTEM SAID THEY HAD MY SPECIFICATION SIZE. also Verified that THOUGHA DIRECT PHONE CALL "THEY DONT DO MOBILE INSTALLATIONS" THEIR REVIEWS ARE LIES. IMAGE WHAT ELSE THEY LIE ABOUT.

RIPOFF! On my way to work one of my tires broke opened and it needed replacement ASAP. I got to this shop and the guy charged me $130 for a 185 60 15 size tire. That size tire usually goes for $50, $55, $60 but he saw I in need of a tire and took advantage of my situation. I purchased it because it was a Saturday and I needed to be at work in less than an hour but I will never give this place business again.

Got new tires on and during the test drive the guy must’ve driven my truck hard and hit a pot hole so bad it messed my alignment up. Had to bring it back twice. They kept blaming me, will never bring my families vehicles there ever again

Terrible service. Older gentleman with the blond bowl cut was rude immediately when I walked in. Zero customer service skills. Came in with an issue and they didn’t fix it. Very disappointed I wasted my time and money here. Staff should work on learning on how to speak to customers.
