DCH Honda of Nanuet Service Center

This was my second time getting my car serviced here and John Garcia was my service manager today. This is such an improvement to the typical dealership experience, friendly, quick, transparent, honest. The first time I came in at ~3k after buying my car, the service advisor told me to go home because it was too early, I was shocked. Today there was some optional items and John said "nah, don't worry about it, don't think you should do it". When does that happen that a service advisor doesn't try to upsell you on everything in the world! Thank you John!

Brought a used 2012 Honda Civic from a local non Honda dealer. Car has 146k on the Odometer and after I purchased the car noticed the transmission was shifting hard and the torque converter had a chatter. The flush was a great price but the filter was more expensive which I understand due to the labor involved. My service writer hooked it up and the car runs better now. Don’t know how it is on the purchasing end but I trust their service end and will continue using them in the future

Love this place. John is amazing—professional, efficient, and on top of everything. My car was towed in for a flat, and within an hour he called, sent a clear report link with video, and only fixed what was needed—no extra charges. Had it ready fast and super flexible with pickup. Highly recommend this specific location!

Well I'm giving it 4 stars for the service advisor John because I was there for 2hrs and 45 minutes in which I was waiting for the vehicle the services to be preformed were an oil change, NYS Inspection and computer update. I just think the time wait was excessive. John great!

Anthony in services at DCH Honda was a huge help when getting my car fixed. He was thorough in explaining the diagnostics of the vehicle, giving an estimate timeline of repairs, and keeping me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Would definitely recommend DCH and asking for Anthony!
