10/10 The owner is amazing I had some trouble on how to operate the card machine, It ended up charging my card the maximum and wasn’t aware. I contacted the owner and told him what had happened and gave me a full refund on my mistake. Very satisfied with the service provided.
View on GoogleLet me start off by saying that I like to support local businesses first. In this case I tried 3 times! Car wash has mechanical problems, I've used the Brush type one bc I think it cleans better, but the TOP BRUSH didn't come down to scrub top of car! Boo!! I called and let owner know, and he gladly gave me another code for a "replacement" car wash. Ok, great. Went back, wash worked as it should. Yay. Went again about 2 weeks later, same issue with wash. Took pictures, texted the owner, and let him know it was "me?" Again, same problem. Said his worker was there now and would check it out. I had already left. He said he would send me another "code" free car wash later on, and he did. Went back entered code, then automation machine showed on screen to "wait, wash in use" WTH?! No wash was in use! No one in the car wash stall in front of me! Took pic. of screen and stall. Canceled entry, tried AGAIN, same message. Frustrating! Backed out, I tried other wash stall and my code was NOT VALID!!? REALLY!! LOL OK. I'm done with this Car wash!! There are plenty of choices around here for a car wash. I don't understand why my Code didn't work? My only thought is the owner did that on purpose 😕 so I don't call him anymore. Or? Was that a joke?! Not funny! Thanks but NO, THANKS. If you want a quality car wash for the $12 you pay here, go somewhere else!

View on GoogleNot safe, homeless hang out all around this carwash, they wash their dishes and themselves in the sink customers use to wring out their towels, very uncomfortable when trying to wash your car, you have to watch your back when washing
