I was in an accident and needed major repairs — my front fender and bumper had to be replaced, the bumper was cracked all the way across, and a few lights weren’t even working. I took my car to AAA Paint and Body, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, and the quality of the work was flawless. My car came back looking completely brand new — you’d never know it had been damaged. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend AA Paint and Body over any other shop. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were all top-notch! Thank you Carlos!

I had a small scrape and puncture along the side of my front bumper. I called Carlos for an estimate. He was very polite and professional on the phone but said that he was taking a customer home and would be back to his shop shortly. That impressed me because I would need a ride home and back. He also impressed me with his commitment to excellent work. He said it might take 3 days. I told him that it was my only vehicle and he agreed to move ahead with it and get it finished the next day. It was finished 24 hours after I left it there. The job was fantastic; I couldn't see any evidence of the problem. He really cares about his customers and does a first class job. Don't let the dirt road leading to his shop dissuade you. He's the real deal.

I highly recommend AAA Paint & Body! Carlos was able to get my car in immediately, and kept me updated on his progress. I got a very reasonable rate on parts & labor, and a good deal on a new windshield. He also alerted me that one of my tires was nearly bald. I really appreciate the attention to detail and customer service. My car was ready even earlier than expected. Excellent work, I will be returning next time we need body work on either of our cars!

The alternator in my Chevy Traverse went out and Carlos and another employee fixed it and had it back to me within the week. Due to the positioning of the alternator, all my refrigerant drained out so Carlos replaced it and recharged my A/C without issues. We’ll definitely be going back for any work

Thought this place was going to be professional and a decent place to get paint work done, I was mistaken severely. Got my door back from paint and the paint had a bunch of imperfections and scratches. Interior door panel was loose with screws barely fastened and window now will not roll up! If you want good paint work do not come here would give a negative rating if possible. Beware!. Regarding to the owners comment- The issues I experienced had nothing to do with me removing my own door. It was in working condition when brought and came back messed up. After picking up door and addressing issues with the owner he just takes off for lunch. I will be fixing the issues myself to assure no more problems.
